Yes — card payments through Stripe in euro, with automatic receipts. Cash and bank-transfer payments can be recorded manually, so everything sits in one ledger.
Do you support SEPA Direct Debit?
Yes. Parents authorise a SEPA Direct Debit once, and fees collect automatically — the same system as our UK Direct Debit, at a fraction of card fees (0.8%, capped at €6). Card payments are also available.
Is our data handled under GDPR?
Yes — data is stored securely, handled in line with GDPR, and each madrasah's data is fully isolated. You can request an export at any time.
How does the parent portal work?
Each madrasah gets its own web address (your-madrasah.hidayah.me). Parents sign in to see attendance, Quran progress, fee balances and payment history — no app download required.
