Madrasa management software for Islamic schools in the USA
Enrollment, attendance, Quran memorization progress and tuition collection for masjid weekend schools, Sunday schools and full-time Islamic programs — so your volunteers can teach instead of managing spreadsheets and payment apps.
Registers, fees, Hifz and parents — one system
Hidayah replaces the spreadsheet, the paper register, the mutaba'ah book and the payment-chasing group chat.
Fee collection in $
Parents pay tuition by card through Stripe, with automatic receipts for every payment.
Attendance in two minutes
Teachers mark the register on a tablet or phone. Absences, lates and excuses are logged, and patterns show up before they become problems.
Hifz & Quran progress
Hifz, Qaida and Tajweed tracking per child — the digital mutaba'ah book parents can actually see, without changing how teachers work.
Parent portal
Every family signs in at your own web address to see attendance, progress, balances and receipts. No app to install, nothing to print.
Reminders that behave
Automatic fee reminders with a hard cap — and they go quiet the moment a payment is on its way, so nobody is pushed into paying twice.
Built for non-computer people
Every button states its real-world outcome in plain words. Dangerous actions are guarded or impossible. Designed with volunteer admins, not IT staff.
Tuition collection without the cash envelopes
Venmo screenshots, cash at drop-off and end-of-month reminder texts don't scale past a handful of families. Hidayah gives every family a clear balance and a way to pay it online.
- Parents pay tuition by card through Stripe, with automatic receipts for every payment
- Sibling discounts, custom amounts and one-off charges (books, trips, fundraisers) in the same ledger
- Cash and check payments can be recorded too — one source of truth for the treasurer
- Reminders go quiet while a payment is processing, so families are never pushed into paying twice
Every family. One clear balance.
Parents see "September — paid, October — due" in their portal. The awkward who-paid-what conversations at pickup disappear.
Built with a live madrasah, not in a lab
Hidayah runs a real madrasah's registers, Hifz tracking and fee collection every single day. The rough edges volunteer admins actually hit are the ones we fix first.
- Double-payment protection at every level — parents can never be charged twice for one fee
- Confirmations say what will really happen ("These 30 students will stop being charged") — never technical jargon
- A receipt and an audit trail for every payment, waiver and refund
- Onboarding done with you over a call — we import your students and set up fees together
The committee stops being a collections agency
Fees arrive in the first week of the month. Parents check their own balances. Disagreements about who-paid-what end, because there is a receipt for everything.
إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ إِذَا عَمِلَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَمَلًا أَنْ يُتْقِنَهُ
Live in weeks, not months
No self-serve maze. A person sets it up with you.
Book a demo
A 30-minute call where you see the platform running with numbers like yours. No commitment, no card details.
We set it up together
We import your student list, create classes, set fee amounts and sibling discounts, and invite your teachers — with you on the call.
Parents start paying online
Families get an invitation to the parent portal, set up their payment once, and fees start arriving automatically with receipts.
Questions from the USA
Can parents pay tuition online?
Yes — parents pay by card through Stripe and receive automatic receipts. Admins can also record cash or check payments, so every dollar lives in one ledger regardless of how it arrived.
Does it work for a weekend-only or Sunday school program?
Yes. Classes, attendance schedules and monthly billing are all configurable for weekend or evening programs — that is the most common setup among the madaris we serve.
Do you support ACH bank payments?
Yes. Parents set up ACH bank debit once, and fees collect automatically — the same system as our UK Direct Debit, at a fraction of card fees (0.8%, capped at $5). Card payments are also available.
How does the parent portal work?
Each school gets its own web address (your-school.hidayah.me). Parents sign in to see attendance, Quran progress, tuition balances and payment history — no app download required.
Can it track Quran memorization (Hifz)?
Yes — teachers log Hifz, Qaida and Tajweed progress per student, and parents see it in their portal. It replaces the paper mutaba'ah book without changing how teachers work.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per school size with no setup fee — see the pricing section on our home page, or ask on the demo and we will quote for your program's numbers.
