Questions weekend school admins ask
Do you charge my card during the 14-day trial?
No. We place a small temporary verification hold and release it straight away. We email you a few days before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
We only meet on weekends. Does that work?
Yes. Many of our schools meet only on Saturday and Sunday. Classes, registers and monthly billing all fit a weekend timetable, and nobody is expected to attend every day.
How do parents pay tuition?
By ACH bank debit or card through Stripe, in US dollars, straight into your school's own bank account. ACH costs 0.8%, capped at $5, so it is far cheaper than card for monthly tuition. Cash and check payments can be recorded in the same ledger.

Yes. Teachers log Hifz by juz, surah and ayah, with Qaida and Tajweed notes, and parents see it in their portal.
How does the parent portal work?
Each school gets its own web address (your-school.hidayah.me). Parents sign in to see attendance, Quran progress, tuition balances and payment history. No app download required.
What does it cost?
$49 a month for up to 99 students, or $79 a month for up to 300. Both plans include every feature. Above 300 students, talk to us. Stripe payment fees and a 0.3% Hidayah fee apply to online payments only.
What if we leave?
Your data belongs to your school. Every report exports to CSV or PDF, and we return or delete your data on request.
